The Salle des Fêtes de Luçon is a municipal venue available to hire for events organised by associations, businesses and private individuals. Located in the heart of the town, it is suitable for events such as annual general meetings, meetings, conferences, exhibitions, fairs, games and competitions, preparations for performances, meals and cold buffets. The venue can also host a wedding drinks reception, subject to the conditions set by the local authority.

The premises include a 124 m² main room, a 60 m² adjoining room, a bar, a technical room and toilet facilities. The stated maximum capacity is 200 people seated or 300 standing. Organisers can use tables, chairs and standing tables to arrange the spaces. The equipment on site also includes useful serving items, such as refrigerators, a dishwasher and a coffee percolator, as well as a large quantity of glasses and cups.

The venue is hired for a declared event and must be used in accordance with the house rules. It is not intended for preparing food on site, but cold buffets and wedding drinks receptions are permitted. Organisers are responsible for catering and must leave the premises tidy and clean. The hours of use, safety rules and booking arrangements are specified in the municipal agreement. The Forum des Associations de Luçon provides information to enquirers, manages bookings and can also advise organisers about the equipment available. Conditions and prices depend in particular on the type of event and the applicant's circumstances.
