Epic Event Gallery

Epic Event Gallery is a private hire venue in downtown Cincinnati for organisers planning weddings, receptions, showers, birthday celebrations, graduation parties, dinners and corporate gatherings. Its adaptable interior offers a setting for both social and business events, with options to arrange the space for a seated meal, ceremony, meeting or reception.

The venue has a main event area and an upper loft, with natural light, high ceilings and contemporary features that organisers can work with to suit their plans. Tables and chairs are available, and the space includes prep kitchen facilities, a dressing room and areas that can be used for staging a band, DJ or dance floor. Audio-visual amenities include speakers, microphones and a projector, while Wi-Fi and adjustable lighting support presentations and evening events.

For wedding organisers, the venue offers space for ceremonies and receptions, as well as smaller wedding packages for elopements, micro weddings and vow renewals. Private event options cover occasions such as baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, rehearsal dinners and graduations. Capacity depends on the chosen layout and rooms, so organisers can discuss the guest count and event format when arranging a tour.

Epic Event Gallery also offers selected décor and rental options, including backdrops, balloon designs, table settings, a candy cart and a photo booth. Some items can be booked for events held elsewhere in the Cincinnati area. The venue is BYOB, with bartender arrangements required for events serving alcohol. Organisers may use their own caterer or ask about preferred vendors. Located near Washington Park and Over-the-Rhine, the venue provides a central urban setting for celebrations and meetings.
