The Vault of Scottsdale

The Vault of Scottsdale is a private event venue in North Scottsdale, offering a distinctive setting among an impressive collection of classic and modern cars. Organisers can host corporate receptions, networking events, galas, fundraisers and social celebrations in a space designed around its automotive surroundings.

The venue brings several areas together, including a welcoming main lobby, a spacious garage floor, a rustic lounge with soft seating and kitchenette, and a private conference room. This variety gives planners options for different parts of an event, from guest arrivals and informal conversation to presentations or smaller meetings. The cars and automotive memorabilia form a memorable backdrop, while the layout can be adapted to suit the occasion.

The Vault can be considered for private and corporate gatherings that call for something different from a conventional function room. Its event space sits within a larger, climate-controlled automotive facility, and event arrangements can be discussed directly with the team. The business also offers vehicle storage, collection management, detailing and maintenance services, alongside its social club. Those automotive services are separate from the venue hire, but help explain the character and specialist setting of the space.

For event planners seeking a Scottsdale location with an automotive theme, The Vault offers a combination of gathering spaces and an unusual visual setting. Contact the venue to discuss the event format, room requirements and arrangements for a private booking.
