Dockside Lake Nona offers event organisers a flexible lakeside setting in Orlando for corporate functions, weddings and social celebrations. Its main indoor space, The Lakehouse, covers around 2,000 square feet and can be arranged for seated dinners, receptions, meetings and other gatherings. The venue describes a capacity of up to 120 guests, with the final number depending on the event layout and furnishings.

The room has a contemporary, open feel, with wooden flooring, chandeliers and an exposed brick feature wall. Its lakeside position and views give organisers a distinctive backdrop for guest receptions and celebrations. For wedding ceremonies, an outdoor lawn beside the venue is available to book separately, allowing couples to hold a ceremony and reception in nearby spaces.

Venue hire includes tables, chairs, black linens, on-site event labour and cleaning during the event. Organisers can also use the venue's Wi-Fi, parking and restrooms. Available technical facilities include screens and projectors, wireless microphones, an integrated sound system and podiums. A green room can be requested, while organisers may bring in their own approved suppliers for items such as decor and entertainment.

Food and drink are provided through Canvas Restaurant & Market, the venue's exclusive caterer. Organisers can discuss catering options and event requirements with the Dockside team when enquiring about a date. The space suits a range of occasions, from business meetings and product launches to wedding receptions, parties and community gatherings. Hire periods and layouts can be discussed with the team, with setup and breakdown time included in the booked period.
