Alte Scheuer Degerloch offers a historic venue for events in Stuttgart's Degerloch district. The building is suitable for private celebrations such as weddings, birthdays and family parties, as well as corporate events, public occasions and conferences. The character of the renovated barn combines exposed wooden features with practical facilities for a range of event formats.

There is a foyer and a hall across a total area of around 230 square metres. The foyer, which measures around 90 square metres, can be used to welcome guests. The multi-purpose hall, measuring around 140 square metres, is on the upper floor and can accommodate up to 150 people, depending on the seating arrangement. Various seating layouts make it suitable for shared meals, talks, meetings and concerts. A flexible stage is also available.

The standard technical equipment includes an audio system, wireless microphones, two projectors, screens and Wi-Fi. A kitchen with a cooker and large refrigerators is available for catering. Organisers can choose their own caterer, as there is no required supplier. The venue is accessible by stairs and a passenger lift, and can be used all year round.

Alte Scheuer is run by Förderverein Degerloch and can be booked for events. As dates are often booked well in advance, it is advisable to enquire about a reservation early. Its location near Agnes-Kneher-Platz, an underground station and a multi-storey car park makes it easier for guests to get there.
