Diebold Hall Rentals

Diebold Hall Rentals offers a private hall for weddings, receptions and other celebrations in Kansas City, Missouri. Set among tree-lined grounds, the venue combines an indoor function space with outdoor areas that can be used for ceremonies, photographs or extra room for guests. A gazebo, patio, picnic tables and barbecue grills add options for events that make use of the grounds.

The hall can accommodate up to 250 people for a gathering without a formal meal. For events with dining or dancing, the venue suggests planning for around 150 to 175 guests, allowing space for tables, a dance floor and entertainment. Tables and chairs are included, along with a bar and refrigerated cooler, a catering kitchen with a pass-through window, an ice machine, adjustable lighting, Wi-Fi and parking. Organisers can bring their own caterer, and the venue permits alcoholic drinks, subject to its stated event insurance requirements.

Rental options include a basic hall package, a wedding package with access to the grounds, gazebo and bridal suite, and a two-day option that can also accommodate a rehearsal dinner. Additional services such as a slideshow projector, lighting and DJ arrangements may be available for an extra fee. This makes the venue suitable for couples arranging a wedding reception as well as organisers planning private parties, anniversaries and other social gatherings. Its combination of an adaptable hall, practical facilities and outdoor setting gives event planners room to shape the occasion around their own plans and suppliers.
