The booking includes the hall, stage and adjoining rooms. Tables and chairs, crockery and cutlery are available for around 80 people. For events with more guests, additional equipment and seating can be arranged by the hirers themselves, by prior agreement. The wooden floor is suitable for dancing, and a small stage provides space for performances or music. A sound system, lighting equipment and a microphone are available. A projector and screen are provided for presentations.
The kitchen and bar are equipped with refrigeration facilities and a commercial dishwasher. Organisers can choose their own caterer and plan the catering themselves. Hirers also bring their own drinks and food. Weather permitting, the courtyard can be used by prior agreement. Parking is available nearby, with further public parking spaces in the village.
Depending on the occasion, organisers can agree on different hire periods, including time for setting up and clearing away. A viewing or preliminary meeting can be arranged by prior agreement. The hall is therefore a flexible option for organisers looking to put together their own celebration or a smaller event and seeking an equipped venue with a stage and outdoor area.
