Cobalt Manor

Cobalt Manor is a historic event venue in Smyrna, Delaware, set within a restored Italianate mansion dating from the 1860s. Its characterful rooms, garden and Victorian slate patio give event planners a choice of settings for weddings and private celebrations, with layouts suited to gatherings of around 15 to 100 guests.

Couples can hold an outdoor ceremony in the garden before moving to the reception space for dinner and dancing. The Cobalt Room and the manor's bar and saloon provide welcoming settings for a drinks reception or smaller gathering, while separate dining areas offer further flexibility. The venue also welcomes birthdays, showers, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, retirements and memorials.

Cobalt Manor offers event packages and in-house food and beverage service, with menu and serving options to discuss with the team. Wedding support can include day-of coordination, setup and cleanup, get-ready rooms, event rentals, florals, photography, officiants, entertainment, bar packages, linens, lighting and parking. Newlyweds may also be able to stay overnight in the manor's master suite. Outside food and drink are not permitted, so organisers should speak with the venue about the available menus and package details when planning.

The venue invites organisers to arrange a tour to explore the spaces and discuss the requirements for their event. With historic interiors, an outdoor ceremony area and services available on site, Cobalt Manor provides a setting for both intimate occasions and larger celebrations in the Smyrna area.
