Planet Bluegrass

Planet Bluegrass offers its Lyons ranch as a distinctive setting for weddings and selected private and corporate events. The property sits beside the North St Vrain River, with sandstone cliffs, mature trees and open grounds creating a natural Colorado backdrop for gatherings. Couples can use the outdoor setting for a ceremony or reception, then move into the Wildflower Pavilion for dining, music and dancing.

The heated pavilion provides approximately 5,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, a stage, sound and lighting, a built-in bar and sliding doors that open towards the surrounding patios. The venue welcomes up to 250 guests. Bookings include exclusive use of the ranch during the agreed event hours, with access to its main grounds, outdoor bar, bathhouse, parking and catering preparation area. Cedar tables and wooden chairs are provided, along with dressing spaces in the Cabin and Embassy suites. The property also has a walk-in cooler and refrigerator for event catering needs.

Alongside weddings, Planet Bluegrass presents the ranch as a location for company retreats, conferences, client entertaining and business gatherings. The smaller suites can support breakout sessions, meetings or speaker preparation, while the pavilion offers a larger shared space. Organisers can arrange a tour and discuss their event with the venue team. Catering and bar staff are selected from the venue's approved list, giving planners a clear framework when coordinating suppliers. Its mix of riverside grounds, dedicated indoor space and practical event facilities makes the ranch suitable for occasions that benefit from both an outdoor setting and a weather-ready pavilion.
