The Howard Venue

The Howard Venue is a flexible space for hire in Hextable, near Swanley in Kent. Its purpose-built facilities support a wide range of professional, community and business activities, with rooms available by the hour, day or for longer periods.

There are four studios, a conference room and smaller multi-purpose spaces. The studios can be used for dance and drama rehearsals, classes, fitness sessions, exams, photography, video shoots and promotional filming. Studios 2 and 3 can be joined to create a larger space for performances, theatrical productions, training or events that need extra room. Some spaces include sound systems, mirrors, climate control and access to tables and chairs, while the conference room has boardroom-style furniture and a projector and screen that can be booked in advance.

Organisers can also make use of dressing and changing facilities, a music suite, performance space and auditorium. The venue is suitable for meetings, seminars, workshops, band rehearsals and shows, as well as regular community activities. A cafe and licensed bar provide refreshments on site, and there is free parking and Wi-Fi.

The Howard Venue welcomes enquiries from businesses, performers, community groups and other organisers seeking a practical space for a one-off booking or recurring use. Its range of room sizes makes it possible to choose a setting suited to the format, from a small meeting to a rehearsal or larger performance. Prospective hirers can check availability and contact the team to discuss the space and equipment needed.
