Ember

Ember is a downtown Salt Lake City event venue offering two adaptable indoor spaces, Ember and Spark, which can be booked separately or together. Set in a restored former foundry, the venue combines exposed brick, high ceilings, natural light and contemporary finishes. Organisers can arrange layouts for ceremonies, receptions, dinners, meetings, conferences, workshops, brand events, exhibitions, private parties and film or photo productions.

The rooms include tables, chairs and lounge furniture, with private suites available for preparations, breakout sessions or a quiet space for guests. Book the full venue for larger gatherings or to create separate areas for different parts of a programme. An outdoor patio provides additional room for ceremonies, drinks receptions and dining. Floor plans and layout guidance help event planners plan how guests will move through the spaces.

Ember also offers optional services and rentals, including event coordination, set-up and takedown, furniture and decor, audiovisual equipment, bar service, coat check and access to a preparation kitchen. Catering and beverage options can be discussed with the team, while an open-vendor policy allows organisers to bring in suppliers of their choice. This gives planners flexibility to use the venue as a more supported, ready-to-go setting or as a space to shape around their own concept.

The venue welcomes both private and business events, with options such as half-day and non-profit rates. Its downtown location and varied room capacities make it suitable for intimate gatherings as well as larger receptions. Wedding-specific facilities include a bridal suite, and the spaces can be arranged for ceremonies and celebrations. Ember invites organisers to enquire about availability, packages and the services that best suit their event.
