Iola Old Car Show, Inc.

Iola Old Car Show offers a selection of event spaces for hire at its grounds in Iola, Wisconsin. The facilities are available for private and community events outside the annual car show period, generally from May to October. Organisers can enquire about individual rooms or larger spaces, with options suited to celebrations, meetings and gatherings of different sizes.

The Activity Center Hall is the largest indoor option, with capacity for up to 745 guests. The renovated Special Exhibit Room can accommodate more than 660, making it suitable for large receptions and celebrations. For smaller occasions, Otto's Bar provides space for parties of around 40 or more, while the Activity Center Meeting Room can host over 100 guests. The Car Show Barn offers a rustic setting for weddings and family events, with space for more than 200 people and camping nearby.

The grounds can also be considered for larger outdoor occasions, such as music festivals, community events and family reunion weekends with camping. The venue team discusses these bookings according to the event's requirements. Facilities and capacities vary by space, so organisers can review the rental information and get in touch with details of their preferred venue, date and plans.

With several distinct spaces on one site, Iola Old Car Show gives event planners a choice of settings, from an intimate gathering room to a large hall or a country-style barn. Wedding celebrations are specifically catered for, alongside parties, meetings and other private or community events.
