Jubilee Hall Ditcheat

Jubilee Hall Ditcheat is a community village hall in Somerset available to hire for private events and a wide range of local gatherings. Organisers can book the hall for parties, charity events, sports meetings, educational sessions and other occasions that need a flexible indoor space.

The room can be arranged with tables and seating for up to 100 people, or used for standing events of up to 200. Its kitchen facilities include crockery and cutlery, making it practical for events where guests will be served food. The hall is licensed for music and performances, and for the sale of alcohol, subject to the relevant hire conditions.

Facilities include a well-equipped stage, a full-size screen and a Bluetooth-assisted sound system. Acoustic boards help support music and other activities, while disabled access makes the venue more accessible to guests. Hirers should check the hall's conditions of use, particularly where an event involves alcohol, food handling or the safeguarding of children or vulnerable adults.

As well as private bookings, the hall hosts regular clubs and community activities. It is also home to Ditcheat Big Screen, which presents seasonal film programmes. Event planners can contact the booking officer for availability, hire details and charges, and arrange to view the hall before making a booking. The combination of a practical main room, kitchen, stage and screening facilities makes it suitable for both social celebrations and organised community or educational events.
