Carlux's multipurpose hall is a municipal venue available to hire for private parties, community meals and business events. Located in Dordogne, it gives organisers a flexible indoor space for bringing guests together, suitable for celebrations as well as cultural activities and performances.
The venue comprises a small room and a large room, which can be hired separately or together. A fitted kitchen is available alongside the rooms, making it easier to prepare and serve meals. The municipality states that the kitchen can be used to prepare meals for up to 250 people. Crockery is also available to hire as an optional extra, in sets that include plates, glasses and cutlery.
The hall may be suitable for a wedding, birthday, family meal, community celebration or reception connected with a business activity. Terms and prices vary depending on the space chosen, whether the kitchen is included, the tenant's status and whether they live in the municipality. Hire is arranged in 48-hour periods. Associations in Carlux benefit from specific terms, and bookings for commercial use are also possible.
To arrange a booking, prospective tenants should contact the town hall and specify the reason for their request. A certificate of public liability insurance is required before using the premises. Parking is available near the hall, making it convenient for welcoming participants. Organisers can contact the town hall directly to enquire about availability, facilities and the terms that apply to their event.
