Barnwood Farms

Barnwood Farms is a flower-focused business in Waupaca, Wisconsin, with services that can suit event organisers and photographers. Its pop-up flower bar brings a hands-on bouquet-making activity to parties and gatherings. Barnwood supplies seasonal flowers, fillers, greenery, clippers and wrapping, so guests can put together bouquets to take home. Organisers can request 5-stem or 10-stem bouquet options, with standard seasonal mixes or premium blooms. The activity is suited to occasions such as birthdays, bridal and baby showers, corporate events, family gatherings and private parties. Flower bars and private flower events are considered by request, so planners should enquire about availability and details for their date.

The farm also offers paid access by appointment for professional and posed photography sessions. The rural grounds include flower fields, wildflower areas, open spaces, rustic buildings and woodlots, providing changing natural backdrops for portraits, engagement shoots, family photography, branding images and mini sessions. This is a location hire service: photographers are not provided, and visitors need a booking to use the farm.

Please note that the U-pick flower fields are not opening to the public during the 2026 season. The farm is closed to general visitors, while photography sessions remain available by appointment. Seasonal bouquets may be available at Barnwood's shop as flowers allow. For event planners, the most relevant offer is the mobile flower bar, which combines floral styling with an activity guests can enjoy and a bouquet to take away.
