Cain Center for the Arts

Cain Center for the Arts offers a range of spaces for organisers planning performances, meetings, celebrations and other gatherings in Cornelius, North Carolina. Its main performance hall has a fixed auditorium and stage, making it suitable for concerts, dance shows, comedy, presentations and ticketed events. The hall can also be rearranged for dinners, parties and dances, with capacity depending on the chosen layout.

For smaller bookings, organisers can enquire about the centre's two lobbies, board room, classrooms and dance studio. These spaces suit occasions such as board meetings, workshops, classes, small recitals and social events. The board room is equipped for in-person or virtual meetings, while the classrooms have tables and chairs that can be removed to create open space. The dance studio has sprung-style Marley flooring and wall mirrors.

The venue provides technical facilities in the performance hall, including sound, lighting and projection equipment. Technical staff are required to operate equipment, and front-of-house support and box office arrangements apply to relevant performances. Organisers can use their own licensed caterer, subject to the centre's requirements, and bar packages may be available on request. Furniture for banquet layouts needs to be arranged separately.

Cain Center for the Arts is an arts and community venue that also welcomes external rentals. Its varied room sizes and performance facilities give event planners options for both audience-led programmes and smaller gatherings. Rental enquiries are handled through the centre, with availability, policies and event requirements confirmed during the booking process.
