The Surbiton Masonic Hall Ltd

Glenmore House is an event venue in Surbiton, set in a historic Georgian building near Claremont Gardens and a short walk from Surbiton railway station. Its rooms are available for weddings, private celebrations, meetings and conferences, giving event planners a choice of settings for both formal and relaxed occasions.

The Elizabethan Suite is the largest space, with a ballroom layout, chandeliers, a sprung dance floor and an adjoining bar. It can host wedding breakfasts, banquets, parties and business events. For civil ceremonies, presentations or smaller dinners, the Tudor Room offers a distinctive setting with stained-glass windows and flexible seating. The Crescent Room suits more intimate gatherings, training sessions and meetings, while the Onslow Bar provides a sociable option for smaller celebrations. A boardroom is also available for private meetings and dinners.

Couples can arrange a civil ceremony and reception at the same venue, with a wedding coordinator to help plan the day. For corporate bookings, the venue offers meeting and conference rooms, standard presentation equipment, Wi-Fi, refreshments and day-delegate packages. Its kitchen team prepares food for weddings, conferences and other functions, with menus available for different event styles.

Glenmore House also welcomes birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, reunions and seasonal parties. Event organisers can discuss room layouts and catering with the team to shape a booking around their guests and programme. The venue has a private car park, and its central Surbiton location provides access to local bus routes and rail services. This combination of function rooms, dining and event support makes it a practical choice for celebrations and business gatherings in the area.
