In the heart of Seine-Maritime, Le Domaine de la Hêtraie offers organisers a range of rooms, gardens and accommodation for private and business events. Set in a traditional Norman farmstead surrounded by mature trees, the estate provides a countryside setting around 30 minutes from Rouen. Its spaces make it possible to plan a wedding reception, family celebration, seminar, conference or team meeting.

La salle du Manège hosts meals and evening events, with a stated capacity of 150 seated guests. The neighbouring La Grange can extend the reception for a drinks reception, wedding drinks or a civil ceremony, and provide shelter for guests if the weather changes. A more intimate lounge can serve as a quiet space, a venue for brunch or an area set aside for children. The gardens and well-maintained grounds also provide a pleasant setting for ceremonies and photos.

For business events, the spaces are suitable for meetings, conferences and seminars. The estate offers several layouts, from small groups to larger gatherings, as well as sound equipment. Organisers can choose their caterer from among the professionals of their choice, subject to the arrangements specified by the estate.

On-site accommodation allows guests to extend their stay without having to drive home after the celebration. The bedrooms and sleeping spaces are spread across several buildings, with a stated capacity of up to 50 people. The entire site can be reserved for the event, bringing together the reception, outdoor activities and overnight stays in one place. Parking is also available for guests.
