At the heart of the venue is a large hall, which will be able to accommodate events for up to around 500 people. A separate club room is planned for smaller celebrations, club evenings and social gatherings. The future facilities will also include a restaurant with a bar area and a beer garden with an outdoor bar. The outdoor area is intended to create additional opportunities for socialising and celebrations. A marquee is also planned on the grounds for larger occasions.
The facilities will include a modernised skittle alley and a spacious foyer providing access to the hall. The building's approved total capacity will be around 850 people. This will make Bürgerhaus suitable for both small gatherings and larger events. The building includes a commercial kitchen, and the restaurant is to be leased and operated after the refurbishment.
The venue is located in Reichelsheim in the Wetterau region, close to club and school grounds. The railway station is within walking distance. While construction work is ongoing, the building should not yet be considered a completed venue. The Reichelsheim town administration is responsible for information about the construction progress and future use options.
