In Nandy, La Bergerie is a municipal hall available to hire for receptions, parties and private gatherings. Its capacity makes it suitable for a range of formats, from a meal with guests seated to a livelier reception with everyone standing. The hall can accommodate up to 150 people seated or 250 standing, and has a kitchen, a practical asset for organising catering and getting ready to welcome guests.

The venue is well suited to birthdays, family parties and other occasions that call for a dedicated space. Depending on the current municipal conditions, you can book it for a day or a weekend slot. Permitted times vary according to the time of year. Rates also differ depending on whether the tenants live in Nandy or in another municipality.

Requests are handled by the municipal hall hire service. It is recommended that you get in touch at least 30 days before your proposed date. Reservations are subject to availability and require you to sign an agreement, comply with the house rules and provide the documents requested by the town council, including proof of insurance. Pre-bookings are intended for private individuals. Located on rue d’Arqueil, La Bergerie offers residents and people from outside Nandy a municipal venue where they can get together with their loved ones in a space that can accommodate a large group.
