Vintage Owl Rentals

Vintage Owl Rentals offers event organisers a distinctive warehouse venue in Ventura, California, alongside a collection of vintage and modern furnishings, props and decorative pieces. The connected Studio VOR space is suited to micro-weddings, receptions, showers, intimate dinners, birthday celebrations, corporate gatherings, product launches, pop-ups, art shows and workshops. It can also be booked for photography and other creative productions.

The open-plan warehouse has high ceilings, natural light, characterful wood and concrete accent walls, and existing café lighting. Practical features include parking, power, a roll-up door for loading, and an outdoor area. The indoor space accommodates around 60 guests, with organisers able to enquire about the outdoor area and options for their event. Tables and seating are available with venue hire, and the team provides an on-site event manager.

Organisers can bring in their own food, caterers, food trucks and refreshments. Bar service is available, with the venue advising that it is required for events of 25 or more guests. Hire arrangements and prices vary according to the date, event and guest numbers, so the venue can discuss a tailored quote.

Alongside the space, Vintage Owl Rentals supplies furnishings, table pieces, lighting, backdrops and other vintage décor for events across Ventura County. Its team can work with event planners and other creative suppliers on styling, setup and placement, with delivery available for rental orders. For shoots, the studio also offers a dressing room, hair and make-up station and work areas, with a shoot coordinator available. This combination of venue hire and coordinated décor makes the business a useful option for planners seeking a small-scale setting with a considered, vintage character.
