Villa Schützenhof

Niederneuendorfer Allee 12-16, 13587 Berlin, Germany

Villa Schützenhof in Berlin-Spandau is a historic event venue for private celebrations and corporate events. Inaugurated in 1914, the building combines the character of a traditional house with modern facilities. There are various halls and smaller rooms across two floors, which can be used individually or combined. In total, the venue offers around 750 square metres of event space.

The Königssaal has a stage and is suitable for weddings, formal evenings, conferences and performances. Other halls and the Schützenzimmer allow for a range of layouts, for example for smaller gatherings, meetings or a separate dining area. For outdoor celebrations, there is a garden of around 3,500 square metres, with mature trees and a concert shell. The terrace and garden can be incorporated into events, particularly summer parties and receptions.

The venue caters to event planners organising weddings, birthdays, corporate celebrations, anniversaries, Christmas parties and conferences. According to the venue, events for around 20 to 500 guests can be hosted. Facilities include modern event technology, bar areas and a professional catering kitchen. Organisers can bring their own catering and use the kitchen, or request catering prepared in-house. There is no requirement to use a designated in-house caterer.

The team can provide support with planning and delivery on request, and prepares bespoke proposals. Rooms can be booked in part or in full. A stairlift provides access to the rooms upstairs, and a shuttle service is also available for corporate events. Villa Schützenhof therefore offers flexible options for events of different sizes and formats.
