Mashburn Farms

Mashburn Farms is a barn and farm-style event venue in Philadelphia, Tennessee, offering indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate gatherings and private celebrations. Couples can choose from several outdoor ceremony locations, including settings by the waterfall, then continue their celebration in the barn or on the covered patio overlooking the lake and grounds.

The main indoor space accommodates up to 150 guests, while the venue says its outdoor areas can host more than 200. Large sliding barn doors connect the reception area with a covered patio, giving organisers options for guest flow and for bringing the indoor and outdoor settings together. The property also has a porch, garden, fire pit and scenic spots for photographs.

Facilities include a preparation kitchen with commercial refrigeration and an ice machine, plus tables, chairs, linen and selected furniture for use at events. External caterers can prepare food on site, with a separate access point to the kitchen. A television and sound system are also available. The venue offers accessible ground-floor toilets and a circular driveway for guest drop-off and collection.

For weddings, the upper floor has a bridal suite with salon-style space for hair and make-up, a bathroom and shower, and a separate area for the groom's party. That room includes games and places to relax before the celebration. The venue also promotes birthdays, anniversaries, class reunions and corporate events, including workshops and gala dinners. Organisers can contact the team to discuss their plans, arrange a tour and enquire about reservations.
