Salle des Vignes, managed by the town council of Saint-Fiacre-sur-Maine, is a versatile venue available to hire for private and public events. It hosts weddings, birthday parties, banquets, shows and conferences, among other events. With several spaces, the venue can be adapted to suit the format of your reception, whether it is a seated meal, a business meeting or a dance party.

The main room, known as salle scénique, offers 200 m² and can accommodate up to 200 people. An additional 100 m² room, salle annexe, complements the main space and is suitable for conferences or banquets. The hall-bar also offers 100 m² and is ideal for welcoming guests or enjoying a drink together. The venue as a whole can accommodate up to 240 people seated or 350 standing.

Organisers can also hire a kitchen with a cold room and hot and cold preparation areas, making it practical for preparing or organising meal service. A landscaped area and parking are available on site. The spaces and facilities can be booked according to the needs of the event, with hire documents, a plan and 2026 prices available from the town council. The venue is therefore suitable for individuals, associations and organisers looking for a flexible municipal venue in the Nantes vineyard region, where they can bring their guests together in a setting suited to their event.
