The Jazz Cafe

The Jazz Cafe is a private-hire venue at Select Car Leasing Stadium in Reading, welcoming organisers of celebrations and social corporate events. The flexible space can host gatherings ranging from smaller parties to events for up to 240 guests, with exclusive hire available so your group can enjoy the venue privately.

It is suited to milestone birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, graduation parties, Christmas celebrations, charity events and wedding receptions. Weddings are tailored to each couple, with options for a formal meal or a more relaxed buffet. The venue is not licensed for civil wedding ceremonies, so it is intended for the reception and celebrations after the ceremony.

Food and drink can be arranged on site. Menus include buffet and multi-course options, and the team can discuss dietary needs and allergies. The venue also has a bar with bartenders, a stage and a dancefloor. Organisers can ask about recommended bands and DJs or bring their own entertainment, subject to the venue's requirements. Modern audiovisual equipment is available for events such as award evenings, networking gatherings and presentations.

For a straightforward hire, the venue can provide tables and chairs, linen, crockery and cutlery as needed, along with a staff member to welcome guests. There is complimentary on-site parking, and Reading station is a short taxi ride away. Set within the stadium complex and close to the M4, The Jazz Cafe offers an accessible setting for private celebrations and informal corporate occasions.
