Palmer Events Center

Palmer Events Center is a multipurpose venue in Austin, Texas, offering flexible indoor and outdoor spaces for organisers of exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, meetings, receptions and other gatherings. Its two connected, column-free exhibit halls provide a combined 70,000 square feet, with the option to use the halls together or separately. Covered canopies add substantial outdoor event space, while five second-floor meeting rooms provide settings for smaller sessions, workshops, receptions and supporting programme activities.

The venue offers complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, alongside wired internet and technical support for event requirements. Organisers can also draw on in-house services covering catering, security and safety, event coordination and exhibitor support. Tables, chairs and staging are among the available essentials, and planning resources include floor plans, facility specifications, equipment information and exhibitor guidance.

Set beside Butler Park, Auditorium Shores and Lady Bird Lake, the centre offers outdoor areas and a balcony with views towards downtown Austin. An adjacent four-storey parking garage has 1,200 spaces, and the location is accessible by car and public transport. Hotels are available within a short distance, which can be useful for events welcoming visitors from outside the city.

With exhibition infrastructure, meeting rooms, event services and practical resources for organisers and exhibitors, Palmer Events Center can accommodate a range of event formats. Planners can contact the sales team to discuss availability and request a proposal tailored to their event.
