Huber's Gasthaus

Huber's Gasthaus is a family-run event venue in Olympia, Washington, offering a welcoming setting for celebrations and professional gatherings. Organisers can host weddings and receptions, as well as birthday parties, showers, reunions, memorials, graduations, fundraisers, retreats and client events. The venue has operated as a place for local events since the 1990s, and its family ownership brings a personal point of contact to the planning process.

The property combines indoor event space with more than an acre of grounds, giving organisers options for ceremonies, receptions and outdoor activities. The venue can accommodate up to 150 guests across the site, with the owners noting that around 130 is a more comfortable maximum indoors. Party tents are available on site, and tables and chairs are provided. Depending on the booking, inclusions may also cover linens, a sound system, access to the grounds, basic set-up and clean-up, and time for rehearsal or drop-off.

Wedding packages and private-event hire are available, alongside weekday options for businesses and non-profit organisations. The venue also welcomes organisers who prefer to choose their own suppliers or manage parts of the event themselves. A full kitchen and large cooler are available, but food, drinks and utensils are not provided, so these need to be arranged separately. The property has ample parking and is described as accessible. Huber's Gasthaus suits event planners looking for a flexible, independently run venue for a gathering in the Olympia area, with both indoor and outdoor settings and room to shape the event around their needs.
