Bird Island Lake Ranch

Bird Island Lake Ranch is an outdoor venue in Dade City, Florida, offering a natural, rustic setting for weddings and other private or corporate gatherings. Its grounds are arranged beneath mature oaks, with ceremony locations among the trees and a reception area lit for evening celebrations. The ranch is about 30 minutes north of Tampa, making it a countryside option for organisers seeking an outdoor setting within reach of the city.

Wedding hire can include exclusive use of the venue for the day, a private preparation suite, wooden ceremony benches, reception tables and chairs, and a dance floor. Guests can gather around the fire pit, while lighting across the grounds and parking area supports events that continue into the evening. The venue also provides restrooms, parking assistance and post-event clean-up. Wedding arrangements can include time for a rehearsal and use of the site for a rehearsal dinner.

Couples may bring their own caterer, florist and wedding planner, and the ranch works with those suppliers to help arrange the event layout. On-site cooking facilities are available, and organisers can bring food and drinks. A bartender can be arranged, subject to the venue's requirements for outside bar staff.

The ranch also welcomes birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions, meetings and corporate events. Its website says it can accommodate up to 300 guests, while the listed wedding tables and chairs seat up to 160. Organisers can enquire about hiring the venue alone or getting help with planning their event.
