The Fuifzaal Bevegemse Vijvers is a spacious event venue in Zottegem for organisers looking for a place to hold a party, gala ball or other celebration. The venue can be rented by associations, schools and other organisers, subject to the applicable application procedure and terms of use.

The ground floor has 546 m² of available space. The upper floor covers 80 m² and is intended exclusively as a VIP area. The maximum capacity is 750 people, according to the fire safety inspection. This combination makes the venue suitable for larger public events and activities where a separate VIP zone is desired.

The party venue is regularly used for a range of gatherings, including school parties, gala balls, dance parties and activities organised by associations. The website provides information about applications, the floor plan and the arrangements for using the venue. Organisers can check availability and submit a reservation via the application form.

There are also practical points to consider when preparing. Reusable cups are mandatory and can be borrowed free of charge through Stad Zottegem. Anyone wishing to set up a food truck must apply for permission in advance. For drink orders, from 1 November 2026 users can choose their own supplier or contact the operators of cafeteria De Plas.

The Fuifzaal Bevegemse Vijvers therefore offers organisers a large party venue with a clearly defined capacity, a separate VIP area and practical guidelines for organising their event.
