Normannenhaus

Forstweg 12, 07745 Jena, Germany

Normannenhaus in Jena rents out historic rooms for private and business events. The listed building combines distinctive architecture with refurbished interiors and modern event technology. Event planners can choose from four main rooms: the Festsaal, the Kneipsaal, the Gewölbesaal and a Seminarraum. Depending on the occasion, individual rooms or several areas can be booked together. The outdoor area can also be used.

The rooms are suitable for wedding receptions, birthdays, corporate events, conferences, seminars and talks. For weddings, exclusive hire of the entire building is available for the weekend. In a theatre-style layout, the two large halls can accommodate up to 190 guests together. Different table and seating arrangements make it possible to set up the rooms for a reception, dinner, presentation or workshop.

The facilities include a projector, audio equipment, a sound system and colour-adjustable RGB lighting. The Festsaal also has a stage and a bar with a draught system. Balconies, an outdoor area that can be set up with seating and a garden complete the offer. Catering is not provided as a service, but the venue can recommend suitable catering companies on request. Organisers can coordinate crockery, cutlery and glasses with their chosen caterer.

Normannenhaus is centrally located in Jena, close to the city centre and easy to reach by regional and local transport. Information about room combinations, seating arrangements and hire equipment helps with planning. A virtual tour gives event planners an advance impression of the rooms and their layout.
