In the heart of Mulhouse, the Salle des Adjudications is a municipal venue in the former Hôtel de Ville, in the Passage des Archives, near place de la Réunion. It hosts events and exhibitions, including events organised by the City, local associations and partner organisations. Its historic setting offers a central place to bring an audience together for a presentation, meeting, conference or cultural event.

The hall may be made available free of charge, but it does not operate as a commercial event venue open to all bookings. Requests are considered by the City according to availability and the needs of its departments. The arrangement is primarily intended for associations and organisations that are partners of the local authority. Organisers must submit their request at least one month before the planned date, and participants must be admitted free of charge. The maximum capacity stated in the municipal regulations is 120 people.

Organisers are responsible for welcoming the public and checking admission. The provision of the venue does not include technical equipment, tables, chairs, sound equipment or projection equipment. There is a large wooden table in the hall which can be moved, provided it is put back in place after the event. The Protocol department carries out an inspection before and after the venue is used. Thanks to its central location and heritage character, the hall is a distinctive option for organisations in Mulhouse looking for a suitable setting for an exhibition or an association event, subject to approval by the City.
