Bella Cavalli Events

Set across 130 acres in Aubrey, Texas, Bella Cavalli Events offers a private countryside setting for weddings and social celebrations. Couples can choose from several outdoor ceremony locations, including a waterside circle, a wooded grove, the terrace and the patio. The Carriage House provides an indoor reception space for up to 200 guests, with large glass doors opening towards the terrace for an indoor-outdoor gathering.

The venue is available for exclusive hire and includes separate dressing areas, a prep kitchen, tables and chairs, guest parking and a venue host. There are also dedicated spaces for cocktail hour, including a covered patio and a garden with lighting and fire pits. Couples may select their own suppliers, subject to the venue's stated arrangements for bar service and security. An indoor ceremony option is available if weather changes outdoor plans.

Beyond weddings, the property welcomes social gatherings such as family reunions, baby showers, engagement parties, religious celebrations and quinceañeras. The grounds offer woodland trails, meadows and water views, providing a rural backdrop for photography and time outdoors. Optional animal experiences add a distinctive touch, with beer burros, alpacas, a camel and horse-drawn carriage rides available for celebrations. A cottage can also be booked as an overnight honeymoon suite for the newlyweds.

Bella Cavalli Events invites prospective clients to tour the property and discuss availability, package details and possible add-ons. Its combination of ceremony sites, reception facilities and open grounds gives event planners and couples several ways to shape a celebration around their guest numbers and preferred setting.
