Apothecary Lofts & Ridnour Room

Apothecary Lofts & Ridnour Room offers three event spaces in Lincoln's Historic Haymarket District, providing options for intimate gatherings and larger celebrations. The North Apothecary Loft seats up to 150 guests, while the South Apothecary Loft accommodates up to 100. Both are set on the fifth floor of the historic Apothecary Building, with exposed brick and timber, comfortable gathering areas and kitchens. The lofts also include bedroom suites, making them useful for wedding preparations and multi-day celebrations.

For larger occasions, the Ridnour Room is a 7,000-square-foot reception space with seating for up to 285 people. Its facilities include a dance floor, built-in DJ booth, adjustable LED lighting, projector system, kitchen and an adjacent area for buffet service. Tables and chairs are provided, and an event coordinator can help with arrangements and room set-up. An accessible ramp is available at the P Street entrance.

The spaces can be booked for weddings, ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, business meetings, company receptions, family dinners, fundraisers, holiday parties and other private events. Wedding packages can bring several parts of the celebration together, from preparations and the ceremony to the reception and post-wedding brunch. Organisers can choose their own food and beverage providers, or self-cater, giving them flexibility over menus and budgets. The venue is also willing to discuss handling event details for clients who prefer a more supported arrangement.

Set among the restaurants, hotels and historic streets of the Haymarket, the venues offer a distinctive downtown setting for events of different styles and sizes. Organisers can arrange a tour to compare the spaces and discuss the right fit for their plans.
