Top Group Miami inc

Top Group Miami offers bookable SmartBuses as mobile venues for corporate meetings, celebrations and private gatherings in the Miami area. Organisers can choose between two vehicles, each designed to host a group while travelling. The Victory bus accommodates up to 30 people, while the Discovery has space for up to 22.

Both buses provide air conditioning, a driver, electrical connections and onboard audiovisual equipment. Depending on the vehicle, features include LED screens, sound systems, presentation or video capabilities and a podium. The larger Victory also has a technical control area and a dedicated space for food and drink service. Organisers can ask about additional options such as Wi-Fi, presentation equipment, extra lighting or audio, refreshments, technical support, service staff and production assistance.

The service is intended for event planners who want to bring a meeting or celebration on the road, rather than simply arrange transport between locations. The company also presents private city tours and themed experiences, and invites organisers to request a quote based on their event requirements. Bookings can be planned in advance, with availability subject to the requested date and service.

For a small corporate gathering, client experience or private celebration, the buses combine a contained meeting space with the flexibility of a moving setting. Event planners can discuss the group size, schedule and any additional services directly with the team when enquiring.
