Heathfields Farm

Heathfields Farm is a historic countryside venue in Williamsburg, Ohio, offering indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, private celebrations and business gatherings. Set among farmland and landscaped grounds, the property brings together a restored farmhouse, a barn, a patio and a seasonal reception tent, giving organisers a choice of settings for different parts of an event.

The farmhouse accommodates smaller gatherings, including dinner parties for up to 48 guests. Its kitchen and comfortable interiors also make it a practical place for wedding preparations, with a dedicated bridal suite and overnight accommodation for four. The barn has a heated and cooled party room, along with a finished loft. A patio beside the barn provides an outdoor spot for guests, with a small building that can be used for a bar or refreshments.

For larger celebrations, a reception tent is available from May to November. It sits on a concrete floor and can be fitted with sides, heaters or fans to suit the weather. The venue advertises capacity for events of up to 200 guests, depending on the space and arrangement.

Couples can book a 48-hour wedding weekend, allowing time for a rehearsal, dinner, ceremony and reception, with tables, tablecloths and chairs provided. The venue also welcomes birthdays, anniversaries, dinner parties, company retreats and meetings. Organisers arrange their own caterer, bartender, DJ and decorations, while the farm's team handles the set-up of the supplied tables and chairs. Heathfields Farm offers a relaxed, flexible setting for planners seeking a rural location with several distinct spaces on one property.
