Salle des Fêtes de Recquignies

3 Place de Nice, 59245 Recquignies, France

The Recquignies function hall is a municipal venue available to hire for gatherings and events organised by associations, residents and, under certain conditions, outside businesses. It is located on Place de Nice, between the buildings of the Centre primary school, in the heart of the town. The cultural and community events held there show how the hall can be used, including for meals, celebrations and group gatherings.

You can book the hall through the town hall, subject to a schedule of priorities: municipal events are scheduled first, followed by those organised by local associations and residents. Outside organisations can submit a request, but access is subject to specific conditions and bookings must be made well in advance. It is therefore advisable to check availability and the applicable terms before setting the event date.

To prepare for your reception, you can request additional equipment, including tableware and use of the oven or gas cooker. Technical assistance and cleaning services are also available as optional extras, depending on your needs and the hire conditions. Rates and the deposit vary according to the type of hirer and the duration selected. The town hall provides the hire agreement and specifies payment deadlines and the arrangements for collecting the keys. This hall offers a local option for organising a celebration, an association meal or a group gathering in Recquignies, with bookings to be arranged directly with the municipal services.
