Wildwood Family Farms

Wildwood Family Farms is a countryside event venue in Alto, Michigan, offering a choice of spaces for weddings, private celebrations and corporate gatherings. Set across a rural property, the venue combines the character of a restored historic barn with the clean, modern look of a separate Carriage House, giving organisers different settings to suit their event style and guest numbers.

The Upper Barn provides a traditional timber-beam setting, while the Carriage House offers an adaptable space with doors opening onto covered patios. A lower-level parlor can be used for indoor ceremonies, drinks or private gatherings. Outside, the grounds include a silo courtyard, gardens, a pond and a wooded ceremony area, creating several options for ceremonies, receptions and photographs. Tents can also be used on the lawn, and the team can advise on arrangements for different weather conditions. The venue lists capacities of up to 160 guests in the barn, 220 in the Carriage House with patio use, and larger wedding gatherings of up to 300 when a tent is used.

The farm welcomes wedding bookings as well as corporate meetings, staff celebrations, birthday parties and other milestones. Organisers can bring in an approved caterer, with the venue providing a holding kitchen, and alcoholic drinks are arranged through the farm. Wedding couples can also enquire about in-house floral design, including bouquets, ceremony flowers and table arrangements, while decor items are available to rent.
