Moments Event Hall & Party Rentals

Moments Event Hall provides two indoor spaces in North Huntingdon for organisers planning weddings, showers, birthday parties, anniversaries, family celebrations and business events. The upper hall accommodates up to 110 guests and has an open layout, rustic details, chandeliers, a working fireplace and a wrap-around balcony. The lower hall is a more intimate option for gatherings of up to 75 people.

Both halls are climate controlled and available for full-day rental, from 9am to 10pm. Each has a kitchen with a stove, microwave and refrigerator, accessible bathrooms, and tables and chairs included in the hire. The upper hall includes 12 round tables and eight banquet tables, while the lower hall includes eight round tables and six banquet tables. These facilities give organisers room to plan a meal, set up a celebration or shape the space around their event.

The venue also offers decorative items for hire, including candy carts, backdrops, wooden and metal ceremony arches, neon signs, flower boxes, illuminated letters and numbers, and centrepiece mirrors. Linen and napkin colours provide further options for coordinating the room with an event's look. Organisers can choose the hall and rental pieces that suit their guest numbers and plans, then contact the venue team to discuss arrangements.
