Haywards

Haywards is an event venue in Epping, close to the edge of Epping Forest, available for weddings, private celebrations and corporate occasions. Organisers can arrange exclusive use of the venue, with the team helping to shape the event and its dining around the occasion. Its characterful setting in a converted historic building offers a more intimate alternative to a large function centre.

For seated meals, Haywards can host up to 50 guests, while informal dining can accommodate up to 80. The Stable is suited to private dining for groups of 10 to 14, and other areas can be arranged for smaller gatherings. Menu options include tasting menus, canapés and grazing tables, with food prepared using seasonal and local ingredients where possible. Haywards also provides catering at clients' chosen locations, so organisers can enquire about food service beyond the venue itself.

Corporate bookings can include conferences for 16 to 50 delegates, with a choice of room layouts and packages featuring coffee, homemade treats, snacks and luncheon grazing tables. The spaces can also host corporate parties, celebrations and product launches. Whether planning a wedding reception, a private dinner or a business gathering, organisers can discuss the format, menu and practical arrangements directly with Haywards' event team to develop a proposal suited to their needs.
