La Cité Bleue

176 Rue Achard, 33300 Bordeaux, France

In Bacalan, La Cité Bleue offers organisers a range of spaces set up in a former industrial site in Bordeaux. The venue hosts everything from business meetings, training sessions and seminars to social and corporate events, in a setting shaped by its working-class history and distinctive architecture.
The offering includes several meeting rooms suitable for groups of various sizes, as well as a large, flexible hall that can accommodate up to 400 people. Outdoor spaces are also available for events held outside. In total, the site advertises up to 2,000 m² of indoor and outdoor space, with outdoor capacity for up to 2,000 people. The different layouts can suit conferences, workshops, team meetings, receptions and informal gatherings.
La Cité Bleue supports organisers with their event planning and can put them in touch with technical or catering partners, depending on their needs. For seminars and team-building activities, bespoke experiences can be created with the artisans, associations and other organisations based at the site. This offers the opportunity to include workshops or discussions linked to local skills and commitments.
Easily reached by tram, the venue offers a distinctive option for events in Bordeaux, with several hire formats and spaces that can be adapted to the planned programme. Capacity, facilities and hire arrangements should be confirmed when requesting a quote.
