Hardenbergsches Haus

Alte Herrenhäuser Straße 10, 30419 Hannover, Germany

Hardenbergsche Haus is a historic event venue in Hannover-Herrenhausen, directly opposite Herrenhäuser Gärten. Built in 1747, this Baroque building provides a festive setting for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and family celebrations, as well as corporate events, receptions, business dinners, seminars and conferences. The rooms and garden are particularly suited to smaller gatherings of around 12 to 60 guests.

Areas on three floors are available for different parts of your programme. These include a spacious entrance hall, a salon, a dining room, a vaulted cellar and a library. The atmosphere ranges from grand and festive to quiet and focused, making the spaces suitable for shared meals, conversations and working sessions alike. A projector and projection screen can be provided for conferences and workshops. Other event technology can be requested if needed.

A sheltered garden complements the indoor spaces and, weather permitting, provides room for receptions, summer celebrations and outdoor wedding ceremonies. The location near Herrenhäuser Gärten also offers additional opportunities for breaks and outdoor photography. For weddings and private celebrations, event planners can combine the different rooms and the garden to suit the programme. For business events, the venue offers a distinctive alternative to traditional meeting rooms. A catering partner is based at the venue. Due to its historic structure and listed status, the building is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Anyone interested can contact the venue directly to discuss availability and suitable ways to use the space.
