LightROOM Loft & Eventlocation

Osterwaldstraße 10, Haus 1, 80805 München, Germany

LightROOM Loft & Eventlocation offers event planners a flexible space in Munich's Schwabing district. The venue, covering around 200 square metres, is located in Lodenfrey-Park, near the English Garden, and combines a peaceful setting with a convenient central location. The room is furnished and suitable for both business and private occasions.

Possible events include workshops, conferences, press conferences, product presentations, customer events and get-togethers. Birthdays, weddings, summer parties and after-work celebrations can also be held here. The space can be arranged to suit each event format. A large screen, lighting and background audio are available for talks and presentations. Wi-Fi, conference equipment and a goods lift are also provided. Capacity depends on the seating arrangement and schedule, so we recommend discussing your event concept with the team.

Organisers can request additional services to suit their event. These include catering, furniture, technical support, bartenders, decorations and photo or video documentation. This makes it possible to plan the use of the room and any additional services together, without every service necessarily being included in the room hire.

The green surroundings of Lodenfrey-Park provide a pleasant setting for receptions and events, while the nearby public transport links make it easy to get there. LightROOM is therefore a versatile Munich venue for event planners looking for a furnished space for a smaller business event, celebration or workshop.
