Woodyfull is an event venue available for private hire in Trierweiler, above Trier. The timber house offers event planners a personal setting for weddings, birthdays, family celebrations and corporate events. The look changes with the seasons: in summer, the rooms have a light beach-house feel, while in winter the furnishings create a cosy cabin atmosphere. Organisers can plan their celebration to suit their own ideas and choose their own suppliers.
There is a foyer with a bar area for receptions and guests to spend time in. Depending on the schedule, this room can be used as a reception area, dance floor or alternative space for a wedding ceremony. The separate event room can accommodate up to 96 people in theatre-style seating. The garden can also be incorporated into the event, for example for time outdoors or a celebrant-led wedding ceremony. A kitchen and bathroom facilities complete the venue. Food and drink are not listed as part of a comprehensive in-house catering service, so event planners can arrange suitable catering themselves.
A private lounge with a kitchen-diner, bedrooms and a get-ready room can also be booked. It provides space to get ready or take a quiet break during the celebration. During the week, Woodyfull serves as a daylight studio for photo and film productions, as well as creative projects. The studio has a background system and a cyclorama wall. Hire duration, season and any additional services required can be agreed when making an enquiry. This makes Woodyfull suitable for both personal celebrations and smaller creative and business events.
