Forest Hills Neighborhood Clubhouse

Forest Hills Neighborhood Clubhouse is a bookable venue in Forest Hills Park, Durham, for organisers looking for a welcoming space for a gathering or small event. The historic clubhouse can host up to 80 people, with a recommended limit of 60 when tables and chairs are in use. It suits business meetings, team-building retreats, parties, anniversaries, church functions and family reunions.

The main room is supported by a spacious kitchen equipped with a range, double sink, microwave and refrigerator. Restrooms, heating and air conditioning help make the space practical throughout the year, while a large lawn offers room to enjoy the outdoors or complement an indoor gathering. Tables and chairs are provided, including round and banquet tables, so organisers can plan a range of layouts for their guests.

The clubhouse is available to rent every day of the week, with bookings running from 6 am to midnight and a minimum hire period of three hours. Durham Parks & Recreation handles rental enquiries and requests. Organisers can ask about availability, arrange a tour and confirm the current requirements and fees before booking. The venue is a useful option for groups seeking a private, self-contained setting in a park, whether the occasion is a working session, a family celebration or a community gathering.
