Benigna Bar

Untermarkt 2, 02826 Görlitz, Germany

Benigna is an event venue in a historic hall house on Untermarkt in Görlitz's old town. Its carefully restored rooms are suitable for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, company celebrations, receptions and meetings, as well as presentations, workshops and cultural events. Event planners can use individual areas for smaller gatherings or combine different rooms for a varied programme.

The venue includes a bar, a light-filled conservatory, a fireplace lounge, a theatre hall and seminar rooms. According to the operator, the theatre hall can accommodate up to 80 guests, while the other areas can host different formats, from receptions to celebrations. The historic architecture and Italian-inspired atmosphere provide a distinctive setting for events, while the different rooms offer flexibility for groups of different sizes and schedules.

Benigna is suited to private hosts, businesses and cultural organisers. Whether it's a wedding celebration, seminar, company event, reading or performance, the team helps plan events in its own premises and prepares a personalised offer on request. Wine tastings with food pairings are also available as an event format. Thanks to its central location in Görlitz's old town, a visit to the venue can easily be combined with a visit to the historic city centre.
