Highfield Hall

Highfield Hall is a community venue between Sutton and Carshalton, offering several rooms for one-off bookings and regular use. Its spaces suit organisers planning children’s birthday parties, meetings, classes, indoor sports and smaller community gatherings.

The Main Hall accommodates up to 100 people and includes a polished wooden floor, heating, a stage, an accessible toilet and baby-changing facilities. Tables and chairs can be provided, and the high ceiling makes the room suitable for a bouncy castle. The Sports Hall holds up to 80 people and can be used for dance, fitness and sports sessions as well as parties. It has a small kitchenette, an accessible toilet, tables and chairs, and a badminton net is available on request.

For smaller groups, the Coffee Lounge accommodates up to 35 people and offers a kitchen area and wall-mounted television. The Rear Lounge holds up to 25 and has a kitchenette with a kettle, fridge, microwave and sink, plus a wall-mounted television. A small car park is available, with further parking in nearby streets.

Organisers can check room availability through the online calendar and submit a booking request for their chosen date. Allow time in the booking for setting up and clearing away. The venue asks for at least four days’ notice, and a refundable security deposit is required for parties and one-off events. Highfield Hall is managed by River Church Sutton and is available for both regular and occasional hire.
