McCauley Estate Vineyards

McCauley Estate Vineyards is a private event venue in Brentwood, California, offering a setting for weddings, corporate functions and other private celebrations. The grounds combine vineyard scenery and landscaped gardens with a lagoon, water feature and outdoor ceremony area. An arbor and lawn provide space for ceremonies and receptions, while indoor options include a pavilion and a barrel room with a built-in bar. A game room and a separate bridal preparation room give wedding parties additional space before the main event.

Organisers can choose from event packages with different combinations of venue use and services. Depending on the package, these may include tables and chairs, linen, a venue coordinator, parking support, food, a hosted beer and wine bar, and DJ and MC services with lighting. Wedding arrangements can also cover ceremony and reception spaces, preparation time and support with the event-day schedule. The venue works with outside planners and suppliers, with arrangements subject to its requirements.

The estate is suited to couples seeking a vineyard wedding location as well as organisers planning a private party, reception or company gathering. Its mix of outdoor scenery and indoor event spaces gives organisers options for different parts of a programme and for changing weather. Enquiries can be made directly to discuss the occasion, guest numbers, available spaces and suitable package options.
