In Laventie, Salle des Fêtes and Salon Montmorency offer two municipal venues for gatherings and receptions. The large hall can accommodate up to 400 people. Adjacent to it, Salon Montmorency offers a more intimate setting, with a stated capacity of 60 people. Both venues have a car park with 120 spaces.

Salle des Fêtes is primarily intended for events organised by the municipality, associations and schools in Laventie. Subject to availability, private individuals who live in Laventie can also hire it for a meal or a drinks reception. Salon Montmorency is available to private individuals from Laventie under the same conditions. Access to the venues for hire therefore depends on the calendar and municipal rules, so it is worth checking with the relevant department before making plans.

These venues may suit local organisers looking for a large-capacity hall or a smaller salon in which to bring their guests together. The town's website provides the hire rules and the telephone contact details for Salle des Fêtes. Organisers can consult these to prepare their request and confirm the arrangements that apply to their event. Bookings are managed by the municipality, with availability depending on the type of organiser, their connection to Laventie and the dates available.
