Wildcat

Wildcat is a historic event venue in Franklin, Pennsylvania, set within 24 acres of private woodland overlooking the Allegheny River. The restored mansion and surrounding property offer event planners an unusual setting for weddings, corporate retreats, conferences, celebrations and creative gatherings. Its period character is paired with practical facilities, giving organisers a choice of indoor rooms and outdoor spaces for different parts of an event.

The mansion features a ballroom, auditorium, saloon, game parlour, tea room, library and veranda. Gardens, wooded trails and outdoor areas provide options for ceremonies, photographs, relaxed breaks and activities. Meeting rooms, high-speed internet, a commercial kitchen, a restaurant and café support business programmes and group occasions. Catered meals can be arranged, and the site has a large parking area and lift access.

Wildcat also offers overnight accommodation across the mansion and Carriage House, with bedrooms and apartments suited to groups wishing to stay on site. The property advertises capacity for up to 100 overnight guests, making it possible to combine an event with a residential retreat or multi-day programme. Its setting and flexible spaces can suit weddings, family reunions, bridal showers, team gatherings, arts retreats and other private or professional events. Organisers can contact the venue to discuss their event requirements and the spaces available.
