Valley Dale Ballroom

Valley Dale Ballroom is a historic Columbus venue available to rent for weddings, receptions, family celebrations, fundraisers and corporate events. Its ballroom setting, with a dance floor, stage and period character, offers a distinctive backdrop for both formal occasions and lively parties. The venue also welcomes concerts, dances and other public events, and works with event promoters, bands, ballroom dance clubs and non-profit organisations.

The space can be arranged for gatherings ranging from small luncheons to large celebrations. The venue describes capacity as dependent on the event layout, with room for up to 1,200 people. Its two levels provide different areas for meetings, dining and parties, while updated lighting and concert sound equipment support events that include presentations, live music or dancing. Bridal and groom suites are also available for wedding parties.

Organisers can book the ballroom throughout the week and discuss pricing based on the date, event hours, format and guest numbers. Full bar service is available. Valley Dale permits outside catering and can recommend local caterers to help organisers find an option suited to their plans and budget. Parking is available, and security can be provided.

With its long association with live music and dancing, the ballroom is well suited to organisers looking for a venue with history as well as practical event facilities. Prospective clients can contact the events team to discuss requirements or arrange a tour. The venue's range of occasions, flexible layouts and event support make it an option for both private hosts and professional organisers planning events in Columbus.
